What is SP?
A service pack is a collection of updates and fixes for a software program. It is usually released by the software manufacturer after the program has been on the market for a while. Service packs are usually cumulative, meaning that they include all of the updates and fixes from previous service packs.
Service packs are often released to address specific problems that have been found since the program was first released. For example, a service pack might be released to fix a security vulnerability or to improve performance. Service packs are also often released in response to customer feedback.
Installing a service pack is usually very simple. The user just needs to download the service pack and then install it. In some cases, the user might need to restart their computer after installing a service pack.
